Landscaping Jim Puffer Landscape fulfilled my highest of expectations in every way in the landscaping of my home. So very happy we selected Jim!!! Our yard turned out amazing with many creative and fun features! You definitely get your moneys worth with Jim.
Full of themselves in my opinion... I called Jim Puffer Landscaping to come do an estimate to landscape my front and back yard. They did come out to my home quickly, but the estimator made me feel like a total idiot and acted like they were to good to do the work, and they never got back to me with an estimate. I would never recommend them to anyone.
This guy is one of the best! Been in business a long time and he really does know his stuff. You can tell from the first time you meet them they know what they are talking about. Not the cheapest, but I would argue one of the best!
Well Worth The Wait It seems like the great landscapers are hard to get because they are so busy helping other people (however, that is a good sign. If I am going to spend a lot of money on my yard I want someone good that knows what they are doing so I don't have to pay someone later to fix all their mistakes). Worse than disappointing The only person you can talk to when you call Puffer is a secretary who is completely unhelpful and rude when you ask questions she can+t answer or ask to speak to someone who can. They agreed to do our yard and gave us a date a couple months out. We got a loan as the date approached. We got a call from J Puffer+s secretary a few days after they should have been here, saying they were a bit behind and would be a week.
