If I could give ZERO stars I would. My husband and I rented through them for 5 years and out of those we had a few issues here and there. Expected while being a renter. HOWEVER before we signed the lease we were told that the pet deposit would go towards our down deposit. Which honestly was the only reason why we signed with them to begin with. This was done in 2014. Fast forward to 2016 our duplex was broken into and they made US pay for the repairs even though Texas requires the landlord to fix. Now in 2019 we are being do... read more
Horrible, don’t waste your time with this company.
