This place used to be Price Chevrolet Hyundai with service I trusted and rated 5 star. Now owned by Malloy 1 star is too much. Took my Duramax in for state inspection and they said the headlamp housings would not pass. Quoted me $1490 for repairs, both headlamp housings and labor. Labor was quoted at $360. What? 3 hours labor? Seriously? And $560 each for plastic headlamp housings? I reclaimed the vehicle, removed BOTH headlamp housings in 5 minutes, buffed, polished, and reinstalled them in under an hour, and it passed insp... read more
Took my 2024 Trail Boss in for schedule service today. From the moment you get out of your car it's all sales and trying to upcharge. Then you get texts and calls to purchase your vehicle. On top of it all, they charge a surge charge if you pay by credit...Not impressed and won't be back.
Just bad. Came by 4 times and couldn’t simply have a front license plate bracket put on my Tahoe. Didn’t have one first visit, then ordered the wrong one, and then on the fourth visit after calling ahead and saying I’d be there in 5 min said it’d take two hours because they are backed up and to schedule and come back the following day. Don’t waste your time here.
This seller is fantastic. The people are very polite, kind, and serious. Terrible. Start to finish. Been here two times, both the worst. Customer service is awful from when you walk in until you leave. Will not come back for anything. Thought I would give them a second chance. Do better! That was an embarrassment. Not even a hello!
