Just bad. Came by 4 times and couldn’t simply have a front license plate bracket put on my Tahoe. Didn’t have one first visit, then ordered the wrong one, and then on the fourth visit after calling ahead and saying I’d be there in 5 min said it’d take two hours because they are backed up and to schedule and come back the following day. Don’t waste your time here.

Terrible. Start to finish. Been here two times, both the worst. Customer service is awful from when you walk in until you leave. Will not come back for anything. Thought I would give them a second chance. Do better! That was an embarrassment. Not even a hello!
a complete nightmare, took 2 weeks and 10+ calls to get updates and my car fixed finally just for the ‘check engine light’ to come back a week later, I will be taking my car to a different chevy dealership. service is slow and so frustrating to deal with.
