Karen Allen did an excellent job at helping me with my problem. I was not getting hard copy mail from State Farm since my move and so I did not receive the little card that is proof that I have car insurance. I also had not received the bill from them and it almost resulted in them cancelling my auto insurance after 50 years with this company!! Karen straightened it all out, but I am really disgusted with the corporate State Farm.
The staff here are amazing! They truly care about their customers, are not pushy, and very patient when it comes to listening toy our needs. Highly recommend.
