On March 28th, I was informed during an auto loan approval that multiple "hard hits" were recorded on my history without my knowledge or written consent. Specifically, an inquiry was made by Jim Perry. ZERO CONSENT Horrible.
Seems this place is either being duplicated or someone is impersonating them.. multiple people mentioning that your running credit checks without even speaking to you...Im almost 6 hours away in what world would I reach out to you guys to buy a car.... If I were the owner Id sure want to get to the bottom of this ... hope you're being proactive about the situation...but seeing this has happened and is still happening guessing youre not ...cool
I bought my vehicle some time back at Tiger Auto, they sent me to Hussein from here for financing as they dont do it at Tiger. Hussein told me he was waiving his fee because I wanted GAP and an extended warranty. 6 months after I signed, he finally sent me the completed/signed paperwork and I noticed an installation and delivery fee of $899. This place did a hard inquiry credit check without my explicit consent. I never spoke with anyone from here. I didn’t ask for a credit check or sign any application giving permission. I don’t even live remotely close to this dealership. Now I have to dispute this with the credit bureau and who has time for that! I’ve tried so hard to build my credit back after some financial issues and this unauthorized credit check is going to cause an issue. Incredibly angry.
Never ever buy your car from here. Worst place to deal with and you'll be shocked when the car arrives. Paper work is also very shady.
