Very. Good customer service
Do not do business with this company, they will lie to you . They insist that you sign a contract for a car that they do not even have ownership of, they sell you a car, then inform you that they have to buy it at a auction, then when they fail to buy said car at the auction, they will not return your deposit. Jeff gets bent out of shape when I tell him to close my file and return my deposit, he then blocks me. Have asked for my deposit back 3 times now, he refuses to return my deposit, even though he was the one that failed... read more
I do not even remember specifically contacting this dealership, when browsing for what was available in my area. Imagine my surprise to find that they had initiated a "Hard Enquiry" to my credit history! I thought that you had to give permission for that, or at least apply for credit, which I did not do! Be careful if you contact them, it could adversely affect your Credit rating - Now off to Equifax I go!
