Two cars towed in to the service department on separate occasions, both for lost keys. The first time, came to pick up the car after apparently being done and buttons on the key fob did not work to Unlock and lock the doors. It was left in their yard overnight unlocked. Had to bring the car back to get reprogrammed, And my trunk immediately stopped working. Said it would be $1200 for the trunk actuators, as they were not working. It was absolute pleasure dealing with Peter Sakamoto, he made sure to accommodate us to the best of his ability And the car buying process was super smooth and easy thanks to the everyone on the team at Jim Pattison Volvo.
The service team here is absolutely a disaster. You fork over your money and once the sale is done you are retreated like you purchased a Toyota. The entire team, including the GM will ignore the matter despite its severity. Worst service team I have ever experienced, they do not keep records, communicate with each other, and after four attempts they still cannot complete a simple vehicle detail. I would not recommend this place for vehicle maintenance or repairs. Based on my experience, when issues arise, they seem more interested in shifting blame than addressing and resolving the problem. Thank you for your response, but your explanation still does not make sense. You claim that the scratches became visible only after the vehicle was washed. However, minor scratches can generally be seen both before and after a wash. If this was a significant pre-existing scratch, as you now suggest, it is difficult to understand ... read more
