I’m very impressed with Daniel and the rest of the team in the service department. Daniel was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our service appointment booked at a convenient time and everything was explained well. My service experience was timely and efficient. I’m very pleased with Daniel and the service department at Volvo Surrey.

I booked a routine service appointment with Jim Pattinson Volvo Cars Surrey. Prior to booking the appointment, I contacted Richmond Volvo (where I purchased my car) to ensure the maintenance package I purchased with my vehicle could be used at any Volvo location and they confirmed it was. The Sales department’s service is acceptable, but don’t expect too much from the Service department. You’d better do thorough research before coming here for service. If you know nothing about it, good luck.

I’ve been coming here for my car services for 7 years now. I’m writing this review just to appreciate Tayler Martin’s services. He’s thoughtful and professional ( who reminded me that I had an insurance covering for my repairs). Thanks Tayler! The staffs are all friendly in general. I’ve never been to other Volvo locations but if you wanna find a Volvo dealership, this is your stop.
