Bought a VW atlas earlier this year, thought all was good with the vehicle till I had to return to repair a tire from a nail. Finance manager John Lee sold me a tire and rim insurance, but failed to mention about insurance not covering the other tires that would need to be replaced as it is a AWD vehicle. I own a 2022 VW Tiguan which I had serviced with JP VW Guildford in May 2025 for a 34K service because a friend of mine's son Dave works in parts. My experience was excellent. The car was ready when promised. The oil light went on yesterday after 8K and I dropped in fully expecting to pay for a liter of oil. Claire grabbed my keys immediately and had it checked for leaks and topped up the oil for me. I felt like they valued my time and that truly made my day.
