I had a fantastic experience here! Grant (especially) and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and professional for fixing my car. A courtesy car made things so much easier for me. They were super patient with all my questions. The workmanship is also good. Grant even took the time to fix the tiny details on my car that I didn’t expect. Highly recommend their service! 5 stars!

I had an ICBC claim which they did help me with. I was coming in from out of town and they helped me out. There was a miscommunication with their team and work was delayed a day. They provided me with a car during the appointment. The manager is ideal to work. The work complete was great. Otherwise the team is a bit slow, working on their own time.

I phoned Jim Pattinson Toyota Guildford location service reception. I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback and one of the issues is the coolant bypass valve fails. The engine maintenance required message showed up on the dash and so I explained it to reception that I want to get that checked out. I explained that Toyota sometimes has this problem with my model of car and asked if it was under warranty as Toyota issued a WEP stating it is.
