We had a really awful experience. My wife and I visited Toyota Northshore, but they wouldn't even let us discuss the car we were interested in. Whenever we asked a question, the only response was, 'we have no cars,' 'we only have one or two trucks,' or 'you should expect to wait over 6 months.' What kind of service is this? If you don't have any vehicles to sell, why are you even open?
I went for my first service and Mr. Mo khadem was the service advisor He was very friendly and professional and completed my work in the shortest time with the best quality. I was really satisfied with their attitude and the service.
Last two days, I had my car serviced by Mr. Mohammad Khadem. He was very professional, punctual, and organized. The service was done efficiently, and he explained everything clearly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and respectful attitude. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend his services.
I brought my car in for a regular service check, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. Nima and his supervisor Mo, were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and made sure the service was done thoroughly and on time. It's rare to find such honest and reliable people in the auto repair world, but Mo and Nima truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Called dealership in the morning . They had the car I wanted. Saleswoman sent photos and said it had just come in and would be ready for pick in three hours. We put non refundable $1000 deposit down to hold it and skytrained and sea bused to dealership. When we got there she said it was sold and they only had a gray one that we looked at with a scratch on it. They ended up giving our $1000 back but wasted our day. I thought a Jim Patterson dealership would be more honest and organized.
