Very disappointed with my recent service at Jim Pattison Toyota North Shore. I’ve been a customer for over 6 years, but this visit was terrible. Came in Saturday for my Grand Highlander’s first service. My advisor, Moe Khadem, was off, and Hossein Sanjari helped — he was polite, but when I mentioned a 360° camera issue (a safety concern), he said diagnostics aren’t done on Saturdays! That’s ridiculous — if that’s true, it should be stated clearly on the website. Waiting 45 days for another appointment just for a safety issue... read more
Went in to look at a Tacoma; the woman had no idea about anything. Toyota doesn’t care about their customers it seems - just get in line and take what we give you. Zero knowledge about the truck specs which really annoyed me and made me feel like I was just a number.
