It’s not good at all, my car screen needs an update also a lot of Rav4 models are facing the same issue and they are not doing anything. They asked me to pay 4800$ even my car was in warranty still. They are just making money instead of fixing the problem for everyone.
I bought a new car from this place.Customer service is really bad I went thrice to resolve the issue with remote system. But nobody care. Never buy a car from this dealership

My experience at Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown was so amazing that when I stop by later in the day, I needed to bring some coffees and lemon loaves from Starbucks next-door to thank them. Toni Lewis was Diligent and helpful from the first point of contact to the last part of picking up the car. She was kind, thoughtful and super flexible with my schedule. Definitely recommend this dealership for buying a car or getting your vehicle service. 11 out of 10 service.
