Bought a great CPO lexus. The service was amazing and Kelvin really made the overall experience that much better. I don't live in North Vancouver but I'm still glad I made the trip from East Vancouver as I love the car I ended up with.

I own a 2022 Lexus NX 350h Hybrid with only 28,000 km on it. I brought the vehicle to this dealership because of a minor noise coming from the front of the vehicle. Although the sales experience here was incredibly professional and gracious, the experience with service was quite the opposite to the point that I decided to move to another dealership. You don’t get to see the quality of the work they purport to do under the hood but this is the visible quality of the car wash after 3 hours for a routine service for which they charged over $1000 (while I was also not offered a ride). Bought a used Lexus from JP Lexus Northshore in March. It was the best experience I’ve had buying a car. Our product adviser Kira was excellent. Very professional and upfront with pricing and trade in. I highly recommend him. Also the finance service manager Kristen was a pleasure to work with. No pressure just offered us the bottom line on extended warranty. I normally don’t buy this but her matter of fact no pressure approach changed my mind.
