I recently purchased a Lexus NX 350 from Lexus North Shore in the Auto Mall in North Vancouver. A very kind, patient, and respectful man named Kiki was a great help to us. We went back and forth two or three times, and each time he patiently guided us(5 stars for him). I recently bought a RX450h+ from Lexus Northshore. My family and I were impressed by Parastoo (Paris) how professional and friendly she was during our visit. She got the answers to all our questions and made the sales and delivery processes smooth for us. If you are looking for someone to help you with Lexus, she is the one you should ask for.
We had a wonderful experience with Paris at the North Van Lexus Dealership. She was extremely warm, helpful, professional and organized. She efficiently arranged our test drive and completed the sales process in a very timely manner. We ended up buying exactly what we were looking for!! The staff were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership!
