Great experience once again. This is the 2nd vehicle we've bought with Jim Pattison because the vehicles are in great shape at very fair prices. Kevin was excellent to deal with, he went above & beyond for us. We'll definately be back when we're in the market for our next vehicle.
I called Jim Pattinson at 7:19 this morning and it is currently 12:16 and I have had a tow truck come and leave. JP forwarded me in to ford as the vehicle is still under warranty. I was told it would be within 2 hours for a tow to arrive. A truck arrived after about 3 hours and left because he could not tow the van, it is to big. I have called JP and Ford a few times and they keep saying it’s in its way. Absolute worst service you could ask for. I am in a large city and not the middle of nowhere.
I purchased a pre-leased vehicle from Jim Pattison Lease. Within less than 2 years and just 10,000km it is experiencing transmission issues under 50,000km. I called to suggest an amicable resolution and was met with an evasive and cold response. Jim Pattison made no attempt to help in a meaningful way, and instead suggested I should take the car to an auto auction. This company seems to care only about volume of sales, not people.
Honestly best experience I've ever had, in looking for a new or used vehicle. The entire team there is amazing super friendly and approachable. From start to finish they were all so very helpful making everything easy and stress free. Amber, Jason, Raifie and Nicole went above and beyond to assist and help me through the process of what can usually be a stressful experience.
