I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Jim Pattison Chrysler. I purchased a Jeep Wagoneer Launch after being assured it was a reliable luxury vehicle. Unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from my experience. I dealt with repeated and serious issues that left me frustrated, stressed, and questioning the safety of the vehicle.
