I strongly advise against buying a car or repair your car at this location! They are scammers looking to take your money and do not fulfill their promises. After I spent $1,000, the Jeep dealer informed me that they could not repair my car and simply sent me home with it. Car dealers often operate outside the bounds of the law and justice, leaving customers powerless to protect their rights. Who can regulate car dealers?
The parts team is great to deal with, especially Brittany. They are reliable and get us the stuff we need and are always willing to even pickup from other dealers to meet my work places deadline. Couldn’t recommend them more.
Bought a brand new Jeep Rubicon from Jim Pattison Jeep Dodge Surrey (Guildford) and it’s already having issues. It’s not first time, it’s 3rd 4th time overheating issues every time. New jeep is also getting in a concern, then why we are spending $130,000. The part I need—an alternator—is apparently going to take 3–4 months to arrive. Is this a joke? Super misleading in terms of warranty. I was told by the lady that sold me my jeep gladiator that I have 5 year engine warranty OR 100,000km. Even if I went over my km. But when I called in, they decide which one comes sooner. Super misleading, I wouldn't purchase a brand new jeep or used vehicles from here. Really shows what they'll do to make there commission. Even if it hurts you in the long run.
