I cannot recommend Heiser CDJR of Sturgeon Bay after my experience with its service department. I honestly wouldn’t even give one star after this experience. My 2016 Jeep Wrangler remained in Heiser’s possession for more than six weeks. I ultimately paid $1,765.09 for repairs that included an oil-cooler/filter-housing replacement and camshaft-sensor work, Starter replacement as well as a new battery. Worst experience i had with a suv. It was 4 weeks before i heard calls from this place. Intalling pcm and tools. Had to tell staff each week about what needed to be addressed. Everything was fixed. 1900 bucks later. And no mechanic noticed the reservoir missing. Despite having to open the hood and go past this part. Didn't even say or ask, for needed parts. Despite it sitting in the back next to another battery core. . Then suggests waiting 4 days to put in a reservoir tank. No. Probably charge another 500 for that.
