Took a Toyota SUV in that was having issues with the starter and they insisted that the starter was fine and the battery needed to be replaced. Had the battery replaced by them. About a week later, the car wouldn't start because it was the starter was in fact failing. The other repair I had done by them ended up being a mess as well. I can only conclude they either don't know how to do their job or are upselling services that do not actually solve whatever your issue is on purpose. Geesh a scheduled oil change took 3 1/2 hours how crazy really frustrating! Not happy with the attitudes of some of the people there!
