This service department is lacking in honesty, integrity and training. In my recent dealings with them, their service writer, Annette Riherd, showed a complete lack of understanding of basic Ford knowledge. In a one star review she gave my business, she exhibited she doesn't know the difference between a clock spring (an explosive device located in the steering column) and a valve spring (a mechanical part of a motor).
