Absolutely do not I repeat. Do not let these people touch your vehicle if they damage it while fixing it, they will deny deny deny that they are responsible. Worst Customer Service I’ve ever encountered in my 78 years.

Great service, great work. Got the vehicle done fast, and it was a breeze with them working with the insurance. They washed and detailed the vehicle before returning. Would be five stars if they had better hours. No weekends or outside standard work hours availability made pick up more difficult. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Jim Norton Collision did an excellent job repairing some damage on our 2016 Toyota Camry. The ease of starting the process and the communication throughout was excellent. Joshua was very polite and informative on the repair. How often do you get work done that actually gets done and billed in less time and less cost than the initial estimates that were approved by insurance….they have done work for us before, and once again exceeded our expectations on the repair. Thank You

This collision center has repaired two Tacoma's that I've owned. Both of them turned out amazing. I had a black 2019 that was front to back sideswiped by a drunk driver, and it looked good as new when Jim Norton Collision gave it back to me. Now, with my '24 Tacoma, it was hit in the front AND it got rear ended around the same time. I was nervous about whether or not its Solar Octane paint could be matched correctly, but I knew which collision center I could trust with it.
