I am very pleased with my recent experience with Jim Norton Collision Center. I took my car in following an accident where I was hit by another driver. Brittany W. was the associate who helped me and she was very professional. She scheduled my appointment promptly, and kept me up to date on the status of my car until it was ready for pick-up. Repairs were actually completed ahead of schedule and look great! :) Thank you so much! :)

I was referred to this body shop by Allstate and unfortunately had a very poor customer service experience before they even had the opportunity to work on my truck. My Allstate adjuster told me I was scheduled for September 4 at 1:00 PM. When I called the shop to confirm, the woman I spoke with told me Allstate had no right to schedule the appointment because they don't have access to the shop's schedule. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Jim Norton Collision Center. I was already rushing to leave work early so I could pick up my vehicle before 4:30 PM, but that deadline was only communicated to me through a text message. I had already spoken with the shop by phone, so I don’t understand why this was not clearly communicated during the phone call.
