Had a great experience, my car was repaired quickly and looks perfect. If you need work done on a Toyota I would highly recommend. I have a 2025 camry hybrid.

My experience was great!! My car has been rear ended twice this year. Jim Norton Collision repaired my car both times and did a phenomenal job. They kept me informed of the progress by text every couple of days and my car was ready both times ahead of schedule.. They did a fantastic job!!
From start to finish Josh and his crew were excellent. The lady's checking me in were kind, helpful and made sure I understood the process. Josh came out and as quickly as possible got my vehicle looked at and was able to get my pickup ready to be worked on in short order. As my pickup was being worked on I was informed every step of the way, from inspection to parts ordered to paint booth to its ready early and if this time today isn't convenient you can come tomorrow.
