I was referred to Dr. Hilepo by my cardiologist years ago. He's an excellent Nephrologist. Very knowledgeable and answers all my questions, (and I'm a technician, so I probably get more "technical" than most).🧐 Unfortunately I have another concern 🫤 so I need to make another appointment. Excellent Doctor! My wife and I have been going to Dr. Hilepo for more than 20 + years. He has the best bedside manners, calls back when results are in, is very kind and caring, and thorough. Highly recommend. He also took care of my mother, who had a hard time getting out of the house, and he truly was very accommodating. He speaks to you instead of like other doctors who might stare at the computer and give you five minutes. Not the case with this doctor. It is TOTALLY impossible to make a timely appointment with this doctor. His staff continuously says they will call you back with a time and the do not bother. When you ask for a manager you are told they are double booked for the month. The doctor may be good but his support staff is rude and abismal.
Dr Hilepo is best in his field
If there was an option, I would rate negative infinity ! Horrible patient care service, No Empathy what so ever !
