My first time eating here. I got the Jim’s combo plate. The turkey was good, brisket like eating an eraser, the Carolina style pork dry. Sides I had was Mac and cheese I would go as far as to say the worst I have ever eaten in my life. I got three pickles on my whole tray after being asked constantly about the pickles how many do I want. Corn was very good. $27 dollars for a plate of food that should maybe be $8-10 bucks. Want be back.
I expected the restaurant to compare to the one in Prattville. I'm a Senior citizen and took a couple in their 80's. It was very hard to help my guest order standing there if front of the menu sign on the wall. I mentioned to the desk person that we needed a low table as my guest could not get into the high bar stool type chairs. I was quickly told that it's "first come first serve Find your own table". The only table we found was in the back, by the restroom. It was an ordeal and not enjoyable at all.
