It is TOTALLY impossible to make a timely appointment with this doctor. His staff continuously says they will call you back with a time and the do not bother. When you ask for a manager you are told they are double booked for the month. The doctor may be good but his support staff is rude and abismal.

If there was an option, I would rate negative infinity ! Horrible patient care service, No Empathy what so ever !
Dr. Jim Hilepo is our family practioner. Has been for quite a while now. Always kind, always a smile. Quite the professional. Recently I had some problems with pancreas, which Dr. Jim addressed as a result of lab work he requested referring me back to my other Doctors at Catholic Health. Quite the team I have by the way... As a result hopefully, I will take my health a bit more seriously now. Thanks Dr. Jim!!!
Hate going to the doctors but Dr Hilepo is the absolute best. Refuse to go anywhere else.
