The service you get is worth far more than 5 stars. The always service my furnace which is never an emergency however with our oil furnace being our only source of heat it stopped working out of nowhere and the same day I called they made time to come and fix it. You guys are the best and will continue to and always have my business!
Needed a well pump primed and no expertise as the plumber mentioned he is “shooting in the dark!” Well $400 later, nothing was accomplished. No experience with “wells” should have said up front not our field. Disappointed at the lack of knowledge
First time using this company. Impressed how quickly I got an appointment. Technician, Mike, called ahead of time to confirm the time and showed up on time. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am happy knowing that my furnace and A/C unit are cleaned and working properly. Didn’t try to oversell anything either which I had heard is often the problem with other companies.
Beware of Jim Miller Plumbing **Unethical Practices** I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the unethical behavior exhibited by Jim Miller Plumbing & Heating. My recent experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, instead of addressing my heating issue with care and expertise, they seemed more interested in upselling unnecessary services and products. The lady at the front desk was very nice but they even tried to get the price down for me but was still expensive it feels like for not that much work. Just a heads up
