We had an excellent experience with Mclaughlin's Flooring. We got vinyl flooring in the entryway, living room, dining room, and kitchen. And carpeting going up the stairs, in the loft, and in 3 bedrooms. We found a flooring that we liked on the manufacturer's site, and Jim was able to order a sample for us. Jim McLaughlin flooring told me that they would be able to install my flooring on a Thursday, because it would arrive on Wednesday. To my delight, arrived on Tuesday and they started work on Wednesday. They did the work in the two days that they said it would take, they were polite and clean and professional. Jim and Rachel were a great help picking out the product that I needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My home was left, clean with everything put back in place where it was supposed to be. I’m very happy.
Highly recommend Jim and his team. We had them install our entire upstairs - 3br & hallway with a high quality LVP. The product was vinyl waterproof core and had a thin wood vaneer top on the planks. The planks were random lengths which make them appear to be 100% solid wood. The product and Jim's install and attention to detail were impecable.
