I've been a customer with them since I turned 16. They've always taken the best care of me and my family. Over 20 years and I wouldn't even think of changing agents.
Make sure you hire your own private adjuster if you have a claim. Your agent works for the insurance company and so does the adjuster. The restoration companies want the insurance company’s business You have no advocate unless you hire an attorney or private adjuster I found out the hard way after over 20 years and no house claims.
