Please make sure when you drop your laundry off( wash/dry/fold) that it is properly weighed! If it’s inside a basket they are Not to place basket inside of weight basket! All your laundry is supposed to be poured into their basket to be weighed! I was overcharged ( clothes was weighed inside My basket( by Manager Felicia).When I called to correct this she shouted in the background that the weight was different and she will change ticket upon pickup.
