New dress…rendered unwearable after getting it cleaned once. Dropped off my wife’s new $200 polo style dress (first time using Jim Massey). After wearing 3 times, she had a spot on the front. After $18, the dress came back with the same spot, noted in their system that the spot didn’t come out, and the collar was fried looking like it came from a goodwill store.
