Don't go there! The first time I took something to this cleaner, I got it back with starch all over it even though the item wasn't starched. My second (and last) time with this cleaner, I took three pairs of pants in to be hemmed. I went back a week later to pick them up and they told me only two pairs were ready. I checked the pants they gave me and they had been pressed but not hemmed. I never asked for them to be anything but hemmed. I gave them back. Try another location There are Jim Massey Cleaners all over this city, but this particular location has disappointed me more than once and I would not recommend them. There appears to be a lot of turnover with the staff, who were always on the telephone when I used the drive-through and my last straw was when my infant daughter spit up baby formula on my dress and when I went to pick up the dress from the cleaners, the dress had been pressed, but the baby formula was still evident. Best Bridal Place in dothan I Love Jim Massey's Formals! They have wonderful customer service. I highly approve of this store. They go out of your way to help you with everything. There tuxedos are amazing! They look great, feel great, and you don't feel like your going to faint when it's time to pay for them. They own there tuxedos so its cheapier, and if there happens to be a problem they can get a replacement over night. So i do not see what the other people where talking about. best store in dothan I don't know what happened with the other reviewers but our experience with Jim Massey's was great. We did not have one problem. The tuxedos were wonderful and looked great. All our dresses were perfect. The staff is the most helpful and friendliest of any store in Dothan. I highly recommend this store.
Nightmare experience! Do not use this establishment for your wedding party. My fiance was not fitted correctly. When he received his tux for our wedding photoshoot the tux was extremley too big. His pants were dragging the ground, the jacket shoulders were hanging off, and vest too large. Not to mention that the material was of poor quality. So basically we paid for a suit that looked and felt like crap. They didn't work anything out with us.

Would not recommend. I would not recommend this shop for use for your wedding. When I got married we got all our groom's men tuxes there. Altogether about six. Out of six only three fit the men perfectly. The others were all way too small. They were high waters. My uncle could not even wear his at all. My husband said that when they all went to get measured the girl that did it knew his younger cousin. She was busy trying to pick him up than taking measurements. When my mom called to tell them.
