I have used Jim Massey's Cleaners for years. Out of all the years that I have been using them, I have had only two issues. One was resolved; the other one wasn't. However, I am still pleased with their service. Ms. Laura Perkins is a hardworking and dedicated worker. I love her quiet, sweet, and beautiful spirit. I carry my clothes to the store where Ms. Perkins work. Please consider giving her a raise. Blessings.

When I dropped my items off the manager Laura was so nice and the place was so clean. It was a pleasure dealing with her. But then on the day to pick them up I live in Ramer and didn't realize what time it was when I did I seen I was going to be late. I called she insisted that I come on and was waiting on me. It was my fault I had waited to last minute and she insisted and was so friendly. I will definitely be back many times. All my items look brand new and you just don't see service like this anywhere.
