Could not an answer to my call
Dude is amazing at what he does fast friendly service and he is all around a great guy that knows his stuff inside and out definitely recommend 10 outta 10
Very bad customer service, poor response, and very unprofessional. Avoided answering our followup calls and did not return calls. Technician showed up one time and gave Improper diagnosis of appliance repair. Technician mentioned that a special part was needed, and was on backorder because of pandemic; but he never would give the part number that he claim was needed when asked. I had called him to come fix my Samsung fridge..he came out less then a hour..he got serial and model number said he'd get back with me in a few days..well he didn't so I called him. after a few wks need to say I called him again and again in 2021 he'd say oh I think I have it in..I had to be at dr appt I'll call u back Monday again after him still not calling me back after about 8th time I just stopped bothering him..I was so disappointed
