Wouldn't recommend, called for a quote and was told no because we live 15 minutes outside of town.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars- In an economy of people looking to lie to you and rip you off, Jim actually knows the real way to handle problems at the root cause without absurd extra costs. I spent weeks sifting through options to fix my furnace and no one would do it without replacing it for many thousands of dollars. Jim fixed it in one afternoon for a tiny fraction of that. Great service, great attitude, great work. As it once was, so Jim still is.
Jim is as honest as they come, easy to work with, great customer service, fair pricing, and returns calls. I highly recommend Jim.
Wow, what amazing service and at a very reasonable rate! When I called him today, he answered the call. In visiting with Jim I learned that he runs the entire business on his own. I appreciate that because he is an experienced, highly knowledgeable and professional plumber! I was happily shocked that he made time to come by the house within about an hour of me calling him in the late afternoon. Jim found the leak when even a city inspector couldn't.
