I couldn’t have asked for anything more in a mortgage loan officer than my recent experience with Mark Copland at Total Home Lending. He responded to my application swiftly and was always available for follow up and to answer my questions along the way. He collaborated seamlessly with my realtor and all the other necessary agencies and team members involved in getting me to a timely and effortless (on my part!) closing. Working with Ron was great. As young, first time home buyers this process initially seemed confusing and intimidating. Ron was able to ease our minds and give us the guidance we needed to understand each step. After only speaking a handful of times it was obvious that he had our best interest in mind and genuinely cared.
