Mr. Love is most generous with his time. He went to great extent in attempting to save me money on my homeowners insurance premium. Also, he graciously spent copious time discussing my insurance needs for a ministry that I am trying to establish. Mr. Love simply loves being an insurance agent and it shows.
We have been with this office for years. They are steps from my home and feel like family. While SF is not always the least expensive, they have been accommodating, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Recently worked with Kim, and she is quick, efficient and very pleasant. Glad to be customers of Jim's.
Kim Wilcox is the best. Most responsive interaction I’ve ever had with an insurance company… my home and multi vehicle policy coverage including daily driver, truck, and antique vehicle. Highly recommend and super responsive on any home policy coverage.
My in-laws love Jim Love!! Been with him for YEARS. We just wish the last we had to deal with had a little more training. We really wanted to see Jim Love.. however he was leaving before we could find parking
