Jim Locke Automotive is one of the most experienced shops in PA with years of experience working not only on street cars but on race cars. There have been many times where I have been to the shop where there are prototype race cars and Pirelli World Challenge cars being built/rebuilt/prepped. If race teams are bringing there cars to JLA then they are more than overqualified to work on street cars. I have always been treated very well and have yet to run into any problem they have not been able to quickly diagnose and fix!

I give Jim Locke an his business a ZERO, They do not know how to fix cars, his employees are smart alecs and when I took my car there they didn't even finish the job the correct way causing me to take it to the dealership and for the amount o money they charged at lockes was ridiculous, 3 times more than the dealer charged, I highly recommend not going to Jim Lockes Garage

I read this guys doug review and I'm not sure if he's talking about the same shop? I've been dealing with Jim Locke Automotive for about 3 years now and I won't use anyone else. He good for my GMC truck and my three BMW's. He's fair, reasonable and because he doesn't walk on water he stands behind is work, which in this day and age is rare.
