For more than 20 years I have been extremely well served by the agents at Jim Liufau's office. Every time that I had a question on a policy matter, the agents' responses were both clear and prompt. What is even more impressive is the attitude exhibited by the agents who do not just answer questions, but make suggestions that can save premium costs. I highly recommend Jim Liufau's agency.
Do not use this office. They will not inform you if a bill is late, they won't go onto the highway patrol website and reinstate your license to valid. Insanely unhelpful, never answers the phone, takes forever to call you back, days even. Literally lost the potential of making $300 because this office is so incompetent. I would suggest keeping statefarm and transferring to any other insurance office.
Michael was super helpful in accomplishing the perfect policy for me. Cannot recommend this team enough, ask for Michael.

Absolutely horrible! I used them for car insurance for multiple vehicles for many years. I always paid on time thru autopay, I never had any claims, and one day they decided to add my son to a car he didn’t even drive. They made this mistake twice in two years, but were unwilling to correct it the second time. We have three drivers in our household and only two cars, it was abundantly clear my son wasn’t driving either of those vehicles, the adults were and had been for years.
