I needed to get historical premium information that was not available through the online account application. Called the office and Rebecca was extremely helpful and responsive. Within 30 minutes, Rebecca emailed the information available on the State Farm system and called the previous insurance company and requested that they email the remaining information, which was received two business days later. Fabulous customer service!
