Absolutely horrible! I used them for car insurance for multiple vehicles for many years. I always paid on time thru autopay, I never had any claims, and one day they decided to add my son to a car he didn’t even drive. They made this mistake twice in two years, but were unwilling to correct it the second time. Did not answer call. Was unable to provide insurance product when they called back.
Wow! I called late yesterday to ask a few questions, and was greeted by a super sweet and helpful person. Today, I received a call back and was beyond impressed at the professional, friendly, personal, and efficient help I received from Joni. She took time to answer my questions, explained everything in detail, and was so patient as I was understanding renters' insurance.
