This is by far the worst agency i have ever dealt with.. i have had issue after issue. The agents here will instead tell you they cant do anything to help you with certain things without making any effort. I had an adcident fall off of my record. They said it was still showing and "would not" make an effort to see if anything can be done. As well as tried to tell me thay my accident was going to stay in for a total of 5 years.. thats only true in the case of someone driving without a license or someone who had a DUI.. i have... read more
