I paid $7,500 for tax services. The work was not completed or filed, and despite requesting a refund, I have not received one. Communication became inconsistent and my follow-up emails went unanswered, which is why I hired a new accountant. My returns were completed by another accountant without issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

Jim knows the tax code better than the IRS does. He often defends clients in tax court against the IRS and wins. It costs a premium to have taxes prepared by an Enrolled Agent but the peace of mind that comes with Jim being able to go to bat for you if/when IRS makes a mistake (and they will!). The consummate professional, one of those rare birds who truly loves every bit of what he does.
