Quoted $250 to get a car pulled out of the snow in a driveway. When the job was completed, said we owed another $100 because they had to pull the car another 100ft down the road to unload. Talked to the manager at the shop, they said $350 or not releasing the car. Definitely a bait and switch scam they pull here. Very disappointed in this company.

That company is very unfair. They charged me over $3,500 for less than 15 miles just to tow my truck. It was the first time in my life that I ever needed a tow truck. They charge more than $3,500 just to pick up a truck.

Jim the owner and Mike the mechanic at this shop are amazing ! My car has 285k miles and Mike keeps it running beautifully. I appreciate that he tells me all that legitimately needs repairing and doesn’t exaggerate anything just to make $ unlike most shops. Highly recommend !

Mr. Jacobs helped tow my car, he arrived promptly and was able to tow my car professionally and efficiently. Another company had attempted and broke the fender on my car and he had no issues doing what the other company could not. Thank you again for your excellent service.
