DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, RUN ! We had a small lot which we wanted a sepic design, lot was small and mostly flat and we told him what we wanted at the first meeting which he said would be no problem as it was straight forward. He had delays upon delays and excuses one after the other. Long horror story later it took him over a year to get docs to the county and that was with hounding by us.
