Very disappointing the shop was a mess the service was sub standard . And children running around and hanging off the computer at the front service desk very unprofessional…The service used to be wonderful I’m sure Jim would be very disappointed on how the shop is now run…..don’t think I’ll be back…..
Totally disappointed went in today to buy my wife a expensive gift for Christmas, as I have shopped her prior spending large amounts was ignored and not served so letf, old saying don't judge a book by its cover im an older gentleman with a large goaty beard and don't dress flash all I can put ut down to. So spent my money elsewhere. Won't be back.
