Service is awful. I arrived at 7:38 for a 7:45 appointment. The assessment was complete at 9:12 but my van wasn't ready until almost 11 am (over 3 hours of time spent). All they had to do was replace the fan in the dash. The video at 9:12 shows the dashboard off and the fan not operating properly...not quite sure why it took an hour and 48 minutes to replace the fan.
