I ordered parts for 2017 Highlander and Brain and the the rest of the guys are true professionals. Couple of the parts were not in stock but they ordered them and were at the dealership the next day. I have used Jim Hudson several times and will continue to. I would highly recommend this parts department. Called today to ask about a Vacuum pump I had purchased for a 2017 Highlander that has less than 30,000 miles and I am getting the same brake warning light as before with the original pump. Great service! I ordered a hybrid battery online and they contacted me the next day to be sure it was ok that it would be about two weeks before it came in, or if I would rather cancel the order and find it somewhere else. No need for that, and it came a week early. Todd helped me load the crate into my car (seemed surprised that the large crate fit) and then when I came back for the core return helped me unload it and processed the core return quickly. Thanks!
Worked with Angel, and he was very thoughtful. He ended up making the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle fun for my family. Angel put a bow on top of the vehicle and put it on display for us. 5/5 stars!
