Jim took the time to analyze my hair and get the match colors on my crazy no color defined. He makes me feel comfortable and confident. Took the time to make sure everything was perfect! Do I love my hair now….. thanks to Jim I loved my hair!

I went to Jim for hihlights and low lights and a hair cut. I left almost in tears after paying so much money. My hair is orange. He said he doesn't like toners. I still have my Grey hairs and its only one color. Orange! Instead of cutting one inch. He cut 4 inches. I asked him to give me a discount and fix it. He said. No. His rent is too high to give discounts. WOW! 25 YEARS EXPERIENCED HE SAID! Now I have to pay again for someone else to fix it!

Overall, the combination of their rudeness and poor craftsmanship made this a terrible experience. I left feeling frustrated and had to spend extra time and money elsewhere to fix the mess. I wouldn’t recommend this stylist to anyone.

Went to Jim for the first time and definitely recommend his services. His professionalism and skills are second to none! I love my color and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Best ever!!
