I want to be clear that this 5 star review is specifically for our project manager Kyla… Our pool build with Jim Hinson pools was challenging and there were many issues along the way. Many of these issues were a result of insufficient planning with the design and early on we were concerned the build would not go through and we considered cancelling. Parker was great, and the construction was great as well, really enjoying the pool!
Parker has been absolutely fantastic to work with! He’s extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful — making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. After completing a training session with him, we feel so much more confident and comfortable using our new pool. He was very thorough, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about every detail. I would highly recommend Parker to any pool owner — you’ll be in great hands!
