Traded in my car 2024 Mitsubishi for a Toyota Prius. First the Prius sat on the lot forever so it had a dead battery to start with. Second, car didn’t have any head rests in the back, asked Gavin about them he said he’d look into it. Guess they can’t find them. I will give them this they changed the battery in the car. Down fall. My daughter bought a car from here. After she drove off less than 24hrs later the tire pressure gauge light comes on, flashes then goes off. Now it stays on and it is missing two head rests which I think would be important items to have but they refuse to fix her issues. Less than 24hrs later.
DO NOT GO HERE. I always try to stay local when I can, we found a decent used car we wanted to trade in for... Guess what? We bought it, took it home on a Monday, the tire sensor pressure light is malfunctioning, the USB charging ports have a short and dont work all the time, the vehicle started a rattling noise in the front right 2 days after, and we noticed its missing the back head rests. Highly disappointed how this place is doing things these days its definitely not the jim hayes it used to be!
Salesman Aaron was fantastic ! Not so much the financial manager, very condescending and rude to a "girl" Very low trade in value, if I hadn't done my own research, they would have ripped me off. Be aware.
