Very displeased, Bought a 2020 Dodge Durango for 40 THOUSAND Dollars, CASH. As soon as I got the car home I noticed a broken mirror on the drivers side not even 5 minutes after having the car, something they didn't care to catch before even letting me leave the lot, then a few days later I noticed the trunk was completely busted and cracked up. Dishonest service department. Went in for warnty work paid for by jeep and John said they had to keep it unless we got over $900 of overpriced maintenance work we could do in our driveway. When we said we do that ourselves, John said there was no telling when they would have it done and we had to think about them; it had been there for a week at this point. We paid the nearly $1000 dollars extra work we could have done ourselves to get the jeep back. Will never go back; will never recommend. Wish there was a zero star option... read more
