I recently brought my Jeep in for a recall repair and had such a positive experience with the entire team. Just as every Ford Dealer I have been to after being told my vehicle is done and ready. It was exactly the way I left it. Camera and digital dash not working. Along with side door sounding like the wind is gonna blow it off. Three years of trying to get warranty work done. They just don't care and nobody knows what they're doing anymore! Now I'm getting a lawyer and out for blood. You better watch out Ford.
Service desk and cashier booth are very friendly. Service was a little lengthy, but it is always thorough. sales personnel is a but prudent, as where i come from you say good morning when you encounter people.
