My battery was down so I called Jim Hayes service manager and he sent out the mobile unit. The young man got me started and followed me to the dealership. It was a bad battery which they changed out and charged me nothing because of being under warranty. The mobile unit impressed me and I will continue to do business with Jim Hayes Inc. A++++++++!
