11-year customer here. The office staff and tech are always professional and prompt, but the current pricing is difficult to justify. They did come next day during high demand and quickly got the heat running, but the total cost was significantly higher than expected. - The Bill: $1,034 total ($159 diagnostic fee + $875 fixed rate for part/install). - The Markup: The exact OEM control panel is $150 on Amazon. - The Issue: The fixed-rate model makes it hard to see the breakdown, but it results in a very high labor or part mar... read more

Jim Hall has been our reliable HVAC company since we purchased our home 4 years ago. They installed a new system for us that has been great. But today our AC went out due to a blown capacitor. The office returned my call first thing in the morning and scheduled Vincent and Tony to come take a look ASAP. They arrived early and diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running in no time.
