Robert Deonarine is the contractor he will give you a low price but will up charge on everything . The work not Legit or professional. Gave Rob money down on a project for supplies and this fool told me he use the money for personal reasons( he had problems with Ex-wife!) Had to fired him on the spot. He never pass any inspections without calling a professional to help him!
Wouldn't hire this guy if you want your job finished. His supposed vice president, Rob came to the house after we saw an add on Home Advisor and called. He bid the job 25k under 2 other bids and said he would do most of the work himself to save money on our addition. Little did we know that he was unlicenced, worked under Jim Gum's licences and paid cash to all his helpers.
