The service department is great.
I went in for a recall, they just needed to check the vehicle then order the part. My Ford Edge 2018 was fine. Service work is great. BUT, trying to buy a vehicle there I would have to rate the store a 1 out of 5. The sales person was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, he did a wonderful job with the limits he had to work within. I was looking at an EXTREMELY NICE used Ford Expedition. Never once did I leave disappointed. Great deals every time. We purchased serval trucks without any problems and received a great.
First thing I want to mention is that I don’t own a Ford. I have a Nissian Maxima and a GMC. I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership but I have found that you can trust their service department for your oil changes and repairs. I have always had a great experience with the service team and I feel their prices are reasonable and fair.
