I absolutely love JIM! The 35min classes are easy to fit into your busy schedule and they make such a huge impact on both your physical and mental wellbeing. Dom is incredibly welcoming and has created such an inclusive atmosphere for all levels of fitness. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. I love being part of the JIM community!
Absolutely obsessed with this place. Since starting at j.i.m 10 months ago I have managed to loose 7kg and been able to keep it off. It has also helped me significantly improved my mental health, sleep and muscle gain. I love the heat and love that fact it’s 30 mins and can easily fit into your day. The owners Dom and Steve make you feel incredibly welcome and the other members are super friendly and welcoming also. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, everyone needs J.i.m their life.
5 sessions in, and I'm absolutely hooked! Classes are varied and packed timetable offers heaps of options. Dom and all members have been so welcoming, loving it!
J.I.M Glenhaven is a welcoming community and an enjoyable routine. Short sessions that's easily slot into my life, and the right level of impact and resistance for my body. The infra-red has been especially good for me during two separate recovery periods after injury.
I love being part of J.I.M Glenhaven!! It’s perfect for any age or level of fitness. I have done every style of fitness and this is my favorite because of the infrared technology they use, it really means you get twice the results in half the time! The feeling when you finish is the BEST! Dom and the team are so friendly and welcoming to all. (Great options for times of classes too!)
