I submitted a negative review a week or so ago. The next day I received a phone call from Jimmy himself. He was very professional and very concerned with the problems I was experiencing. He asked me to give him a couple hours and he would dig into the problem and get right back to me. Jimmy is truly a man of his word,he called me back as promised explained the situation and has talked to me several times since to insure that I was being taken care of. Just had the worst time with Glaser law. If Jimmy knows his associates are lost. They strung me out for over a week never return calls or text they take their sweet time responding. After 10 or so days I'm told the 1st attorney they assigned my case to couldn't do it even though I had given them all the information about my case. They told me a different attorney in their firm was able to handle the case. But he has yet to contact me.
Advertisements in my registration should be illegal. I'll never hire these people
I had contacted Jim Glaser Law this morning about a cancer diagnosis and I already received a call that someone will get back to me, I was very happy that I was already notified.
Just getting started but so far so good. Looking forward to the resolution of the case.
